However, if you feel the service you purchased are not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we do not offer refunds, your service will just expire out and no need to cancel your service we do not auto renew. Although we’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve, we understand our service is not for everyone.

My5lines.biz is Just a provider log in connection and content in any package are subject to update, change or removal at anytime without prior notice. My5lines.biz responsibility is limited to activating the subscription for the agreed on period , as a proof an email showing the expiration date will be sent to the client registered email.
1 subscription = up to 6 connection , you can not use more than one mobile device and all device must stay connected to the same ip address, with the exception of the one mobile device (tablet or phone) per subscription. The account will be locked by the system if more then one ip address is detected by the system. Any attempt to use more than 1 mobile device or more then one ip address (internet connection) at the same time exposes your subscription to get permanently terminated WITH-OUT A REFUND.
Client is responsible for set up and install of service in thier own home. We offer tech support via ticket system and email to provide support, but you the customer must have some knowledge to install and setup. No refunds will be provided due to customer error when ordering the service or the customers knowledge of setting up the sevice on the home device.
Our providers perform maintenance to their servers from time to time, this could happen anytime and time frame is not estimated for repairs being done. At times buffering , freezing and not working content is normal in any IPTV in the world, therefore you may find these issues from time to time. Client is responsible for getting to know how the TV service works and the nature of it.
My5lines reserves the right that any TV Package could be replaced with any other in case of the unavailability of service and My5lines secures another service to provide. NO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED FOR SHUT DOWNS OR CHANGE IN PROVIDERD OF SERVICE. In the event of a total shut down no refunds will be given. MY 5 lines will do thier best to offer a replacement service if possiable.
Subscription credentials and setup install are usually sent to the client registered email within 24 HOURS after receiving clear payment for purchase.
